Hola, en el registro de actividades tengo este error cada 20 minutos y no se de donde viene. Las central es linux en promise v16.4 con telefonos fanvil x4 en la misma red y luego softphones ios y alguno web. 24/01/2020 12:13:40 - [CM306002]: There is no valid STUN server specified! Por favor revisa en Dashboard->Settings->Network que tengas configurado asi:

El primero tenia stun-eu.3cx.com en el puerto 3478, los otros 2 igual. Lo he puesto como indicas.

Hola re-installer,

Este parece ser un error muy especifico que va a necesitar que revisemos logs y configuracion de la PBX. Para esto vas a necesitar crear un ticket de soporte.

Hola @reinstaller te recomiendo que te fijes en los ajustes de DNS en la interfaz de red del servidor de la central así como sobre el router/modem usado, debes usar los DNS de Google como primarios 8.8.8.8 y 8.8.4.4 en seguida borra el caché DNS y reinicia el servicio 3CX Database Server.

Una vez hecho eso ejecuta la prueba del firewall en la central, así podrás saber si la central puede alcanzar los servidores STUN de 3CX.
