Error de Verificación del Firewall

Buenas tardes
Acabo de poner en marcha una instalación y me encuentro que hago de nuevo la prueba de FW y me da error

Los puertos del FW están abiertos ya que estaba todo OK. ¿Que puedo mirar para dar solución a esto? Ya me he quedado sin ideas
Me comentan que el audio no es muy bueno ¿puede tener relación?

el error full cone test failed indica que el puerto está cerrado en el firewall o estás usando algún tipo de restricción bien sea por lista de acceso o geo ip.

He revisado los puertos en el Firewall y para UDP IN están abiertos del 9000 a 10999



y de Salida



En el rango de los 10xxx va variando. Algunos que dan OK, a otra pasada me da KO

De aquí que no vea donde mirar
