Buen dia, estoy haciendo una integracion via trunk to trunk con un servicio que mi cliente necesita usar, pero el proveedor de ese servicio me dice lo siguiente:
For incoming calls, please note that the numbers belong to your telephony system, not to our trunk.
Our SIP trunk (IP: xx.xx.xxx.x) is only a connection point between your 3CX and our platform. It doesn’t host or own any phone numbers.
So, when someone calls your number (e.g. +525512345678), the call first reaches your telephony provider / 3CX.
You then need to configure your 3CX to forward that call to our SIP trunk.
If this routing isn’t configured, our platform will never receive the incoming call.
mi pregunta, es como yo puedo hacer un desvio de mi numero de troncal basado en usuario y contraseña a la ip del proveedor si no tiene un numero, solo una IP
Lo mismo sucede si quiere generar de su plataforma una llamada por mi plataforma:
For outgoing calls, we’re sending the SIP INVITE to your 3CX with the correct credentials, but your 3CX replies “403 Forbidden”.
That means your 3CX is rejecting the authentication request.
Please verify that the trunk on your 3CX is configured to accept username/password authentication (not IP-based).
Obviamente mi troncal esta basado en usuario y contraseña sin autenticacion IP, esta configuracion con ese proveedor es posible?, al menos lo que me esta solicitando en configuraicones?
