Acceso a webclient aparece "Desconectado. Reconectando en x segundos"

Buenas tengo la 3cx V18.0.5.418 en un VPS. se ha intentado actualizar para llegar a la V18.0.70312 por tema de SBC en un fanvil.
Ha dado error la actualizacion y no se podia acceder a la 3cx.
de manera manual en el servidor he podido arrancar los servicios y tener acceso a la 3CX.
el acceso a Webclient de cualquier extension aparece como desconectado.
he restaurado un backup del dia de ayer y realizado prueba de firewall (parando y activando todos los servicios sin problemas), pero el acceso a Webclient de cualquier extension (y desde cualquier IP) aparece como desconectado.

El resto parece que esta funcionando correctamente, tanto telefonos como llamadas

existe alguna solucion para poder acceder a cada webclient??

no se ha podido actualizar a la siguiente actualizacion V18.0.6.908 porque ha dado error la actualizacion automatica

Hola acá el problema, hay dos bases de datos coexistiendo.

Tenés ya un backup de esa central?

Hay dos alternativas en tu caso para actualizar.

1) Eliminar la máquina existente y crear una nueva con el último archivo ISO de 3CX y cargar el backup en el proceso de instalación.

2) Ejecutar el siguiente comando sin embargo no es garantía de que vaya a funcionar sobre esa instalación vía ssh como usuario root, antes de hacerlo asegurarte de tener un snapshot o backup de esa central

en seguida intentar actualizar

entiendo que la duplicidad de la base de datos afecta a la actualizacion, pero y el que aparezca el webclient desconectado a pesar de tener la maquina como ayer (que ayer iba todo correctamente??

primero asegúrate de tener la central actualizada en versión 18.0.7.312

esta claro que es necesario actualizar, pero hay que buscar el momento adecuado para el cliente por si existen problemas con los backup como bien dices, y la pregunta es porque no pueden acceder a webclient si ayer iba todo corrrectamente para que el cliente pueda funcioanr hasta estar seguros de que la actualizacion nos va a ir correctamente y no dejar al cliente sin servicio. o si hay alguna solucion para el webclient.

Esto requiere de un troubleshooting pues habría varias cosas por validar sobre esa instalación, para que podamos hacer esto deberás abrir un ticket de soporte y así podamos revisar el sistema siempre y cuando el mismo se encuentre actualizado.

Para ingresar al cliente web se necesita

• puerto https de la central abierto públicamente sin restricción
• la extensión debe tener habilitado el permiso para ingresar al cliente web
• no usar algún tipo de extensión antivirus sobre el navegador
• usar navegadores soportados como chrome o edge actualizados
• el fqdn debe estar resolviendo correctamente la ip pública
• revisar que no exista algún bloqueo de ip en lista negra

Si el problema persiste luego de actualizar abrí el ticket de soporte para que podamos revisar la instalación.

Es para poder actualizar tanto para tenerla en la ultima version, solucionar el problema de webclient y poder instalar sbc en un telefono router.

sin embargo, vos no tenés que hacer nada bajo línea de comando, solo lo que se te ha indicado de resto si hacés alguna otra cosa invalidará el soporte de la misma.
