Registrar Softphone Sip Estandar

Buenas tardes,

Estoy intentendo registrar un terminal softphone sip estandar a peticion de mi cliente. Cada vez que intento registrar el terminal me da el siguiente error

; Reason: Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings

Las credenciales son las correctas seguro pero lo he probado con distintas extensiones. Hay alguna manera de registrar esta extension.

Qué credenciales estás ingresando? No son las del cliente web. Tienes que crear un teléfono IP para la extensión en 3CX, y eso te dará credenciales SIP.

Las credenciales son las correctas seguro pero lo he probado con distintas extensiones. Hay alguna manera de registrar esta extension.

Podés registrar cualquier terminal SIP manualmente como se menciona en esta guía

• Go to the “Users” > “IP Phone” tab. Click “Configure a phone” to add a phone.
• Check the box “I will configure the phone myself”.
• If the phone is remote, choose the router phone behind which this phone will connect.
• Now a dialog will show the configuration details:

• Extension Number
• Authentication ID
• Password
• 3CX FQDN and Port.
• If the phone is remote, the SBC or Router phone’s IP address and Port will also be shown.

Con esos detalles podrás registrar la cuenta sobre el terminal. Tené en mente que si está remoto, deberás tener el equipo detrás de un sbc 3cx, teléfono router o usar una VPN para que el registro sea como local.
