I've just purchased two GXw4104 for my new 3CX, but seems than there's something than goes wrong, when I do a call through a phone with exit rules going to this adaptor, sound a line as if i never scored the number , once I put the number directly calls . It's very strange, ie first outer phone number , opens the line and then I redial, so it is understand that the DTMF are not going well ? or any detail? I knows than 3CX is easy on those practice... but no knowledge on GRandtream, thanks for your help!
