Audio en un solo sentido

Hola a todos, soy nuevo en esto de la 3cx , por ello si pregunto demás espero que lo entendais.

Mi situación es la siguiente, tengo la última versión de 3cx (10) y un proveedor sip (adiptel), tengo una red pequeña de 6 pc y un servidor 2008. La central no esta puesto en el servidor sino en uno de los pc de usuario, la red va atraves de un router de vodafone gsm/gprs.
Utilizo la versión gratuita y tengo dos teléfonos, un inhalámbrico ip de siemens y un teléfono fijo ip.

La cuestión es q cuando realizo una llamada (por cualquiera de los dos), la persona a la q llamo no escucha nada en cambio yo si que oigo. Solo existe audio por un sentido.

He realizado la prueba de firewall y me da siempre correcta. He abierto el firewall de windows y en elrouter he mapeado los puertos 5060, 5090 y 9000-9049.

Ya no se que hacer y estoy un poco apurado. Alguien me podría ayudar y decirme que probar mas?

Hola,

el audio en un solo sentido suele ser en la mayoría de los casos problema de firewall. Dices que pasa el test, pero no pones que tengas abierto el 3478.

¿ Puedes pegar el log del test de Firewall ?

Hola de nuevo, este es el log de la prueba de firewall.
Una cosa q no he dicho es q los dos telefonos que tengo dentro de la LAN funcionan perfectamente y tienen audio en los dos sentidos.

En la opción Domain Sip Local ¿ Qué tienes puesto ?

En dominio sip local tengo puesta la ip del pc de la centralita.
He estado probando con el software de x-lite (software de telefono de pc) sin pasr por la centralita y me da correcto, es decir, que la configuración del proveedor y del router debe ser correcta.
Entonces me debe de faltar alguna configuración en la centralita que no consigo comprender.

Hola de nuevo, me acabo de dar cuenta de una cosa, q el pc donde estaba instalado la 3cx tenia puesta dos rangos de ip para contactar con dos redes diferentes.
Le he quitado una de las dos y ha empezado a funcionar correctamente.
Espero que mi experiencia sirva para todos como me ha ayudadoa mi.

Me alegro que lo hayas solucionado. Dos IP´s en una 3CX trae muchos problemas.
