API de chat en vivo en prestashop, usando modulo smartsupp

Hola buenas, me gustaría saber si es posible hacer que el chat de nuestra pagina web creada en prestashop, pueda recibir i responder el chat en la plataforma 3cx

Deberás configurar como muestra la guía https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/live-chat/

Si está basada en html la página web entonces simplemente copiando y pegando el código en la página que deseas que sea visible el chat es lo que bastaría.
