Corte de llamadas ALEATORIO

Buenas!.

Tengo instalada una central ELASTIX 2.5.0.2 con una tarjeta TDM400.

Las extensiones se conectan a través de teléfonos IP Grandstream GXP1625.

Todo funciona CASI perfecto, salvo algún problema aleatorio de corte de llamadas.

No puedo precisar el momento y no encuentro la causa, pero pasa bastante seguido que realizando una llamada desde el teléfono ip, pasando por la tarjeta TDM400 aleatoreamente se corta la llamada.

No es siempre de la misma extensión , ni siquiera es siempre con la misma duración de la llamada.

Por donde puedo comenzar a probar?

Donde puede estar el inconveniente?

Pueden ser las líneas analógicas. Lo primero será checar el cableado de las mismas. Después ver si usar filtros ayuda. Si todo del lado físico esta bien usa fxotune para mejorar la calidad de las lineas en el lado del pbx.

Te cuento, son líneas nuevas que se están lnstalando en Uruguay.

Estas líneas vienen por fibra óptica, se conectan a un modem ZTE y de ahí se conecta mediante cable de cobre hacia la tarjeta FXO.

En el log, usted pudo ver algo "extraño" o "fuera de lo normal"..?

Primero, te recomiendo borres cierta info de tu log, por ejemplo el número de celular, yo también soy de Uruguay y supongo no le va a gustar mucho a esa persona si la llamo porque vi su número en Internet....

+1 al comentario de navaismo, y te explico porque:
Tu log no tiene nada raro, pero no significa que no se vea el problema, lo que sucede cuando las lineas pueden que no estén bien es que desde el log se vea como un corte normal...
Si podes proba con una linea que no pase por el ZTE, desconfio de esos aparatos.

Sinceramente a mi tampoco me convencen los equipos que esta instando Antel. El detalle es que es una oficina nueva, y todos los servicios nuevos de Antel los están instalando con esa tecnología.

En cuanto a lo del número, puse cualquier número, no es el real. Igual se agradece la sugerencia.

Consulta.. Tenes algún escenario similar al que se me esta presentando a mi?.

Osea, lineas de conectadas por Fibra a los equipos F660 que esta instando Antel?.

Ya no encuentro que cambiar, pero el problema continua... Reviso los LOG y no hay o no encuentro nada "extraño".

Generalmente no veo ni lineas analógicas, ya que trabajo fundamentalmente con digitales, y las pocas que uso vienen directas por cobre.
