Buenas a todos...estoy incursionando en esto la verdad esta muy interesante...hace unos dias decidi adquirir un spa3102 y pap2t-na...quiero instalar el spa3102 en la central ya fue creada una pasarela pstn al spa3102 le asigne ip 192.168.2.11 bueno mis grandes dudas surgen en la consola del spa3102 segui el instructivo que esta en aqui en la pagina pero no es muy claro para mi por ejemplo en WAN en static ip la ip esa es la de mi proveedor de internet que tengo que poner? y en gateway? la de mi router? bueno lo que sigue en SIP section en proxy va la ip donde tengo instalada mi centralita? el puerto que me configuro la pasarela pstn es 5062...bueno el resto de la configuracion esta mas clara pero quiero comenzar pero antes sacarme las dudas expuestas, espero haber sigo claro, disculpen mi ignorancia...muchas gracias....Saludos
 
Mira la guia esta bien detallada, yo configure todos los spa con esa guia, queres que la traduzca????, te recomendaria que uses el ATA como Router para internet, usalo solo como dispositivo para la linea FXO y FXS, nada mas. Por otro lado, lo que sea PSTN line (es sobre el puerto FXO) y lo que es LINE 1 (es sobre el FXS), todo lo que sea sobre el fxopodes usuar como sip port 5060 o 6052 como te asigno 3CX, eso quiere decir que vas a tener q cambiarle el puerto al FXS y asegurarte que no quede en el mismo que el FXO.

entonces, recapitulando.
1. asegurate que el SPA3102 no este como router de internet.
2. segui el instructivo al pie de la letra. (si necesitas traduccion avisa)
3. busca ya en google los tonos de desconexion para tu pais.
4. asegurate el el sip port de el FXO y el FXS no sean iguales.
 
Estimado Hugo muchas gracias por tu respuesta, primeramente soy de jujuy, argentina, para aclararte sobre los tonos a buscar.La verdad estoy en la nebuloza muy confundido...me decis primeramente que use el ATA o sea el pap2t como router de internet y no el spa3102 despues recapitulando aclaras que no use el spa3102 como router eso es?
Te cuento que logre que la central registre mi spa3102 me dice registrado no ocupado 102 extension aclaro que al spa lo configure como ATA pero tengo el problema que cuando quiero por ejemplo llamar desde el telef analogo que le conecte a softphone 3cxphone no hace nada ni tono ni nada no llama y tampoco al reves...tengo configurado al spa en la red interna con ip 192.168.2.1...en LINE 1 el proxy es 192.168.2.251 con puerto 5062...bueno espero tengas la paciencia para ayudarme...muchas gracias

Vamos por partes,
1: No uses el ata ni el GW como Router de internet, dejalos ambos del lado interno de la red, configura el gateway como dice el manual para utilizarse como pasarela dentro de 3CX.
2: registra los puertos FXS del pap2t como extensiones respetando todos los campos necesarios, previamente generando la extension en 3CX porsupuesto.
3: una vez que tengas registrado el SPA3102 y el PAP2T, busca el dial plan correcto para el ingreso de las llamadas dentro del GW Que deberia ser algo asi S0<:Nro de linea asignado por 3CX ej: 10000>.
4: Asegurate que el SIP port del FXO del GW este en 5062 si fue el asignado o podes llevarlo al 5060 y el FXS del GW en el 5061 sino se te va a complicar para realizar llamadas al exterior.
5: Asegurate de tener una ruta para llamadas salientes con un prefijo que se remueva, por ej: 9 para llamadas por pasarela SPA3102
6: busca los valores de los tonos de desconexion que se encuentran el google y el parte REGIONAL del SPA introducilos.

hola Hugo te comento mi progreso, bueno trate de seguir los pasos que me diste solo trate de configurar el spa con el tutorial por todos conocidos logre que la central se conecte aparentemente con el spa ya que me dice "registrado 10001 pasarela linea externa asi la nombre y esta en color verde...te cuento lo qu hice conecte en el spa en internet/wan un cable directo a nuestro switch despues conecte una linea directa telefonica a line y un telefono analogico a phone....tengo encendidas las luces en el spa de power, internet o de line pero no del phone...hasta aqui voy bien? consulta, el spa solo esta funcionando como GW el telefono que tengo conectado solo es para consultar ip o activar el http sobre el puerto WAN???...porque no tengo tono ni nada y no se me enciende la luz de phone....necesito instalar el pap2t para realizar llamadas desde un analogico? o si puedo tener un interno conectado al spa me falta algo mas? te comento que tengo instalado en la pc que tiene la central un softphone que esta registrado y logre hacer llamadas a otro en otra pc.

Estimado Hugo logre q la fxs ahora se prenden las 4luces del spa...no habia activado LINE 1 como en el tutorial solo activa PSTN Line no supone usar un tel tambien asi que lo logre...pero cuando levanto el tubo del telefono analogo directamente llama el softphone que esta instalado en la pc de la central...en LINE 1 configure lo sgte:

Hugo...mil disculpas por abusar tanto del foro...mira el problema d hace rato que cuando levantaba el tubo del tel analogo llamada directamente al softphone era porque cuando creas la pstn line te da la opcion ahi en puertos a seleccionar una extension para derivar las llamadas y yo puse la ext 101 para las horas de oficina puse en finalizar llamadas...nose que otra opcion recomendas...
El problema que tengo ahora es que cuando llaman a esta linea suena mi tel analogo conectado al fxs de spa...cuando yo levanto el tubo para realizar una llamada tengo tono pero cuando marco el 9 por ejemplo que le di como regla de llamada me da tono de ocupado siempre con cualquier numero....tengo todas las luces des spa encendidas.

si esta pefecto. preocupate despues por la salida de las llamadas ya que es un problema bastante grande en los spa 3102. ahora el tema es cuando haces una llamada desde afuera hacia adentro por la pstn llega a la central????
 
una pregunta pq le agregas el prefijo 9¿??????¿¿?????? se lo estas removiendo y agregando al mismo tiempo
 
Hugo que tal, gracias por responder, mira recien hice la prueba llamando desde otra linea a la linea que tengo conectada en el spa y a la central y conteste sin problemas desde el tel analogo...
 
Hugo tema prefijos, si tenes razon le agrego un 9 quiero que al presionar 9 salga por la spa la llamada puse ahi en:
Llamadas a números que empiezan con (Prefijo)


Definir a cuales reglas de salida la regle debe aplicar 9

y tambien abajo en las 3 reglas ...donde va al final? sorry...gracias
 
hola buen dia...volvi hoy con todo! jaja. si estas por ahi Hugo te comento mi progreso:
Agregue una extension en la central (102) y se la asigne al fxs del spa en LINE 1...y el 3cxphone de la pc que tiene la central es la extension 101...llame desde esta extension al 102 tel analogo del spa y llama perfecto...tengo todo registrado en la central las dos extensiones en verde...
Lo que no logro todavia es salir a la linea de afuera con el SPA...me da tono...pero cuando marco un numero me da tono de ocupado....gracias...Saludos!
 
Buenisimo, perfecto, ahora el tema es asi, los spa3102 son complicados para hacerlos funcionar hacia afuera, antes que nada decime si sl spa esta registrado contra la centra y si llamas desde tu celular por ej a la linea del SPA se conecta y te atiende 3cx?? tenes que tener la recepcionista digital configurada. si esto esi perfecto, tenemos que empezar a jugar con los tonos y los puertos del GW para ver de realizar las llamadas hacia afuera.

HolA Hugo gracias por tu respuesta ante todo...mira te cuento trate de configurar la recepcionista no hice un menu solo le puse un .wav para hacer una prueba la tengo por defecto con el numero virtual 800 cuando agrego la recepcionista esta bien? xq cuando llamo a la linea donde esta conectado el spa y la central desde la otra linea no me atiende la recepcionista...muchas gracias....saludos!
 
Hice la sgte prueba...llame desde la extension 101 (3cxphone) al 800 de la recepcionista digital y suena el archivo de sonido que le puse o sea funciona bien esta registrada en la central pero cuando llamo desde la otra linea a la linea que tengo conectada en el spa suena el tel analogo pero no atiende la central...hay que configurar algo mas en PSTN Line del spa?...saludos!
 
tenes que asegurarte que en la parte de rutas entrantes esten TODOS los llamados derivados en horas de oficina y fuera de hs de oficina a la recepcionista digital (800).
Asegurate y confirmame esto
 
Estimado Hugo no encuentro en la central donde configurar las llamadas entrantes como me dices para poner todas que vayan a la recepcionista...sera en Reglas de entrada/DID? ahi es?....muchas gracias
