To do this, a Microsoft Outlook Add-in is installed and automatically configured. But your current configuration may cause that the Add-in is not actually loaded by Microsoft Outlook. Verifying Add-in state In order to verify if the Microsoft Outlook Add-in is loaded in Microsoft Outlook 2007, you need to go to Tools / Trust Center / Add-ins.
