This shared printer can be any printer – hardware and software. However in relation to 3CX Phone System, the shared printer in this case would eventually be a computer/server with the 3CX Fax Sending module installed. The 3CX Fax Sending module will be shared and users in the network will be able to connect to it and send faxes through it using Microsoft Fax. Add Printer Wizard Click start and go to Printers & Faxes, and select Add Printer. The Add printer wizard will launch.
